Thank you for your question. Please refer to the details shared in my previous answer. Tendon members are not considered in the SLS/ULS within the Concrete Design AddOn in the actual stage of development.
The prestressing forces of the tendons, together with their arrangement, introduce internal forces into the system that help to withstand the loads acting on the main concrete member. However, at the current stage of development, they are not considered to be reinforcing steel for ULS/SLS checks.
