Dear @Juanpablioy
That is correct, student licenses do not have the support service that a professional who has made an investment in software has.
I don't know where you are from. Which country are you writing to us from? But I tell you that in Latin America, literally "every day" we hold 3 to 5 live events exclusively about analysis and design of all types of structures with RFEM6, RWIND, etc.
Hundreds
of students participate, not only in our events but also in events with Latin American universities with which we have established agreements.
You do not have support like a professional who purchased their license.
But in our open classrooms, you will solve basic doubts and surely you will be able to use your student license for academic purposes.
Today, Thursday, September 25, for example, you have 3 events, I share the links so you can register. There is no charge!
Of course, these classrooms have a participation limit because they are also services for users. But surely they will enable enough for you to resolve doubts.
I leave you the links for today's events at 3 different times.
