Hi, I would like to check whether node IDs remain unchanged as long as I do not delete the nodes or run renumbering.
I have a script that exports nodal support reactions, and I would like to create another script that updates the forces based on the node IDs. However, I am worried that the node numbering might change.
Could you please confirm whether the node IDs are stable and if not, is it possible to "lock" their number?
