I cannot reproduce the issue, but I am working with the latest version of the API 2.14.1. Do you have a chance to update? Maybe the issue is in your script? If you provide me more details I might be able to help.
E. g. fi you change the NA in the RFEM UI the design situations will be reseted to uls for example. If you do the same in the code, it will have the same behavior/result.
