Prestressed Concrete Footbridge
The model was created as part of the Dlubal Talent ÄŒVUT competition and presents a design for a pedestrian and cyclist bridge over the Jizera River in Semily. The author, Martin Forman from the Department of Concrete and Masonry Structures at ÄŒVUT, designed an integrated parapet structure made of post-tensioned concrete, which minimizes maintenance due to the absence of bearings and expansion joints.
