RFEM Trial – API access restricted

Hello,
I’m using RFEM 6.15.0012 in the trial version and need to use Dlubal API II / gRPC.

I’ve already completed the following checks:

  • The API II key was created successfully.
  • The key begins with ak-.
  • Dlubal API | gRPC is enabled in RFEM.
  • RFEM is listening correctly on 127.0.0.1:9000.
  • dlubal.api 2.15.12.366 is installed.
  • The RFEM version is 6.15.0012.366.

When I try to register/use the API key, RFEM returns the following error:

UNAUTHENTICATED - API access has been restricted. Your company does not have permission to use the Dlubal API Service, or the limits defined in your subscription plan have been exceeded.

I can create API II keys in the Extranet, but there is no option available to activate the plan/API Service, and the Billing section does not show an active subscription.

Could you please check my account/company and enable Dlubal API Service / API II / gRPC access for my user?
