I have another question regarding the topic of aluminum design in RFEM 5.
I noticed that the cross-section is being verified plastically, even though it was classified as Class 4.
I am also puzzled by the verification: despite the cross-section being Class 4, the verification for compression is carried out as Class 4, while the moment verification is carried out as Class 2.
A plastic section modulus was used for this verification.
P.S.: The internal forces were determined from a load combination.
