I was wondering if there is any way to compute automatic mesh convergence in RFEM 6. Especially for plated steel elements, the mesh refinement makes a significant difference in the results and manual mesh convergence and refinement takes time, especially for large models. Does something like this exist in RFEM 6?

Currently, no option for the automatic adjustment of the FE-Mesh is available. However, we are working on the topic and plan Features like the adaptive Mesh as well as automatic nodal mesh refinements. At their current development state, it is not clear yet, when these features will be implemented.
For now, user defined global and local Mesh Refinements stay the way to go.
