Change Program Language in RFEM5

Dear Community,

I’m trying to change the Program Language in RFEM5. When I change it in Program Options I get the normal message saying that I have to restart the program. But after restart it, the language is not changed.

In the past I was able to do this language change without problems, I cannot figure it out why is not working now. Does anyone have this same problem? Any suggestion how to solve it?

I’m now using RFEM 5.39.01, but i also tried this language change on versions 38 and 37, and it happened the same.

maybe you have to run the app as an administrator:
