Conversion of a Tekla Model to RFEM

Hello,
I'm currently trying to convert a tekla model to RFEM6 however the converter is returning the error:

I have RFEM6 opened and i just reinstalled the Tekla conversion tool.
Any idea about what may cause this?

There could be different reasons for this error. Please check the following steps:

(1)
Please check if your Webservice setting is active inside RFEM as described in the installation FAQ:
https://www.dlubal.com/en/support-and-learning/support/faq/005375
(2)
The Plugin is not updated automatically when a new RFEM Version is installed. Please reinstall and update the plugin as follows:

1. Uninstall the Tekla plugin (via Windows Settings - Apps)
   

   

2. Install the latest add-in for your RFEM version
   

   

If this does not solve the issue.
Please send me the LOG from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Dlubal\Logs\ImportExport\Tekla.log
Also give me the information about your installed RFEM version.

Here is the tekla.log file, i reinstalled the add-in version corresponding to my RFEM 6 version (unistalling the previous one first) and still got the error.

Hello,

Which versions of RFEM and Tekla Structures are you using, and which Service Pack is installed?

There are currently some issues with older Service Packs. Updating your Service Pack could solve the issue.

Hello, here is the service pack I have installed on Tekla Structures 2025, I will update to the latest version and provide feedback on whether the issue has been resolved or not.
