Add-On Structural Stability: Error 10128 "Too many hinge figures required | Maximum number is 0"

I am trying to familiarize myself with the Structure Stability add-on. For this, I have consulted the corresponding online manual. Unfortunately, the calculation only returns the error message 10128 "Too many buckling shapes required | Maximum number is 0."

I have not found a way to fix this and do not understand what this error message specifically means.

Where is my mistake here?

The error message appears when there is no compressive force in the system or the FE mesh of the member is set too coarse.
In your model, there is no compressive force present. Therefore, there is no eigenvalue problem and no eigenvalues can be determined. Eigenvalues can be calculated already by entering a small compressive force:
