Continuing the discussion from Result Point definition:

Is there any way to perform simple calculations with the results of different nodes directly inside the RFEM interface?

For example, I’d like to calculate the tilt of a foundation, which can be determined from the deformation values of two predefined nodes. Is there a tool — maybe something like a monitor — where I can define a custom formula (e.g. Δz₁–Δz₂ / distance) and even compare it with a limit value?

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct feature like that in the RFEM interface. However, you have two options for extracting the results:

1. Export the result tables to Excel: This can be done through the main menu.
   

   

2. Use the API service: This allows you to read results and process them in your own scripts.

Thanks! That’s what I expected, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing any functionality similar to formulas but applied to the results.

For a simple case like mine, I decided to use Calculation Diagrams to quickly view all the required values on one screen. It’s not ideal, but it works well enough without needing to dive into coding or use external interfaces.
