GeoZone API – Cloudflare 403 / browser_signature_banned

Hello,

I’m currently setting up the Dlubal GeoZone API in a Python project.

My environment:

  • Python 3.13.16

  • dlubal.api.geo-zone-tool version 0.3.0

  • Windows 64-bit

  • API key from Dlubal API Key Management

The public method get_geo_locations() works via a direct HTTP call to the documented GraphQL endpoint.

However, with authenticated requests, particularly when retrieving account information using get_user_data(), I receive the following Cloudflare error:

  • HTTP 403

  • Error code 1010

  • browser_signature_banned

  • owner_action_required: true

The error message also includes a Ray ID and says that the request should not be retried.

Could you please investigate why access is being blocked and advise me on the officially supported way to make authenticated GeoZone requests and check my remaining API credits?
