importing an ifc file from Archicad of a civil building on piles, when selecting the piles RFEM crashes the entire PC, I repeat RFEM does not close but the computer shuts down, can someone help me? thank you

Have you installed the latest graphics card driver on your PC?
If no, please update it and try again.
If you your graphics card driver is up-to-date and you're still facing the issue, please share the IFC file here so we can analyse the problem more precisely.

Thanks for your reply. To be more precise, the issue is quite critical: when I import the IFC file from Archicad and try to select the piles, RFEM doesn't just crash, but my entire PC completely shuts down.

I have updated the Nvidia video drivers and I am testing; I’m not completely sure but maybe with these new drivers I might have solved it, thanks for your availability.
