When the program crashes, I lose my licence for 24hours. Is there a possibility to reset the licence manager?
This would also be a nice feature when a colleague forgots to close the program and one would take his licence from a distance.
Are there possibilities, as I cannot find it.

In general, once a license has been borrowed, it is bound to your computer's fingerprint.
If the program crashes, the license remains assigned to your computer. You can simply restart RFEM, and the license will still be available.
If your PC crashes, however, the license cannot be returned. After restarting, your computer's fingerprint may have changed, so the previous session can no longer be signed out because it no longer exists technically:
