In most CAD software, section has a specific meaning, like section views or cuts. To avoid ambiguities, we already refined our terminology in RFEM and RSTAB – what used to be called section is now a cross-section.
This terminology has now been aligned with the Dlubal API as of version 2.12.11, ensuring consistent naming across all Dlubal products.
Please note:
The change will break compatibility with existing scripts, web services, and other applications that rely on the Dlubal API.
