Objects to Exclude

Hi,

In my model in DS1 I have the load combinations with free rectangular loads on my surface, centered on a node that represents the center of my base plate. I recognise that you can’t do punching shear design on this (although it does run, it just gives a tiny u1 of 0.014m) so I want to exclude it. Manually, in the table I got to Concrete Design, Input Data, Objects to Exclude, then write the node numbers in the Excluded Nodes with Punching.

My question it, how do I do this with the API? I searched the documentation but couldn’t find anything.

DS5 has the nodal loads that I want to run the punching design for only.

Hi Samuel,

Unfortunately, the desired functionality has not yet been implemented in the API (gRPC). However, a request has already been submitted to the development team (RUS 5469). I have added you to the list of requesters.

As soon as there is any news on this, we will announce it in the release notes and in the community.
