I hope this is the best place to post this, let me know if I should post it elsewhere.
A few times in this community I’ve posted about issues not sure if I was doing it incorrectly or whether its a bug. The dlubal employees often check this and confirm its a bug and then pass it on to the development team and give the bug ID. Because its employee submitted it doesn’t show on Development > Submitted Bug Reports | All Users.
Maybe it could be a good addition so that when they raise bugs from a forum post they can check a box or something so it also goes on the’ Submitted Bug Reports All Users’ and everyone on the forum can track it? Its not a massive issue if this isn’t possible as the relevant employee is always super good at updating and letting use know when its fixed, just putting the idea out there ![]()
I do love the fact that they raise the bug for us as then its instantly confirmed as a bug because they are usually the experts on the issue, and they can definitely describe it better than I can for the bug report!
