RSTAB 9: TAG-Field per API II (Nodes and Members)

Hello,

in RSTAB 8, the new Tag field was introduced, which could only be accessed via the RSCOM API. We used this field, for example, to set a part assignment (integer number) and to read it out again later. We already use the Comment field for other meta-data and therefore it is not available for this purpose.

Can the Tag field for nodes and members be used/enabled again for RSTAB 9 as well as gRPC? This would help us a lot.

Hi mbeck,

As you noted, the field is not available in any of the Dlubal apps (RFEM, RSTAB, and RSECTION). There is already a request for this feature from other users, the corresponding RUS ID is 5233. I have added you to the list of requesters; I believe this is in your interest.

As soon as there is any news on this topic, you will be informed through the usual channels.

that's exactly right, I mean the newer generations of the Dlubal apps. I have gladly added you to the list; the longer the list of requesters, the higher the priority for submitted new features.
