Can someone please explain to me, how I can mesh my solid model. Someone here told me to use surface to mesh my solid.

If the explanation can come with picture for visualisation, I will really appreciate

Thanks for your question!

In RFEM, you can simply create your solids, define the necessary loads and support conditions. Once everything is set up, the mesh is generated automatically when you start the calculation — no extra steps needed! :abacus::sparkles:

If you'd like more control over the mesh, RFEM also offers several ways to adjust it:

  • Global mesh settings can be customized to suit your model's needs

  • Local mesh refinements can be applied, for example, to specific solids or areas requiring a finer mesh

Thanks for your reply, please I want to fully control my refinement, so how can I carry out manual refinement in solid using rfem5
