Student version cannot be selected

I was always able to use RSTAB 9 with my student version, but today I could no longer use it. An error message appears and I am always in the demo version.
The student version is displayed but I cannot access it.

could it be that you reset or changed the VM, then used the license, and are now trying to work again with the old configuration?

You should be able to use the license again now .
Please check this once.
