WebService API shows limits of 12 members

Hello,

I am building an application that communicates with RFEM WebService (it is in .net framework and I cannot move to .net8 for now). However when sending members trought the API I get the following error:

I am using a comercial license from my company and as far as I know, WebService is still available, but only will not have new features and support. It seems that with a comercial license this should go smoothly, what might be going wrong?

Hi marciosarto,

it seems that you're working with a demo version. Please check the license of the Dlubal-App, also I cannot see that you have a subscription for the API. Maybe you can give me the Company ID you're working for, so I can check this as well.

That said, I really wouldn’t recommend starting a new project using the old API I. As you said, API I is no longer supported, and no new features are being added to it. It is also much more complecated to use and 10 times slower than the new API II.

Best regards

Hello Robert, thanks for the reply

My Company ID is 363118

We do intend at some point switch to grfc when we are able to transition from net framework to net8, but being able to prototype in WebService is quite important in the present moment.

This is what I see when I open the license manager in RFEM

Hi marciosarto,

wer're already working to support the .NetFramework for the API II. Would this help you to start with the API II instead of the API I?

The Company ID 363118 does not exists, please double check.

Thank you.

Best regards
